2026/27 Harvest — Pre-Order

We’re busy preparing for this year’s olive harvest at Poggio Pinzone.

It has been a very dry year in Umbria, but fortunately we had enough rain early in the season, followed by some much needed rain recently. The olives are looking good and, in our part of Umbria, the conditions are pointing toward a high quality production year.

Our groves are farmed without synthetic herbicides or insecticides. We are not certified organic, but we follow a low intervention approach in the grove and keep the production process as simple as possible.

We expect a limited amount of oil this harvest, so we’re opening pre-orders early and giving people who have ordered our oil in previous years the first opportunity to reserve bottles.

This year we will produce just one size: 500 ml.

As always, we’ll harvest the olives ourselves and bring them to the mill for pressing immediately after picking. Once the new oil is ready, we’ll add the final harvest details, extraction yield and tasting notes from this year’s production.
