Shipping and Returns

Do you ship your Oil internationally? If so, how?

We ship to anywhere in the world, except for Russia, Iran and Saudi Arabia. You can choose between delivery via DHL (cheaper but slower) and FedEx (faster but more expensive).

If you live in a region we are unable to provide shipping to, and have the ability to set up your own shipment through a shipping courier, get in touch with us. You will need to set up the shipment process, and the package would have to be picked up from our roastery, but we're happy to assist you in the process.

How do you ship your Oil locally?

Local Berlin and German customers will receive their packages via DHL - it's fast, reliable and inexpensive.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on where you live and the total weight of your order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of opened Oil bottles.
